Yu Gi Oh Master Duel Gems Guide

Let us talk about gems in this Yu Gi Oh Master Duel beginner guide. Gems can be exchanged for Booster Packs; each Booster Pack contains eight cards, and purchasing ten Boosters at once ensures a Super Rare or higher card. Yu Gi Oh Master Duel Structure Decks with pre-determined card lists cost 500 Gems and can be purchased up to three times per account. For example, the Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring Bundle allows you to purchase Booster Packs that include a set card as a bonus. Mates, field designs, card protectors, and profile icons are all accessories that you can buy with Gems to customize your gameplay experience.

Yu Gi Oh Master Duel Accessories

Now, let us find about accessories in this Yu Gi Oh Master Duel beginner guide. You will come across mates in Yu Gi Oh Master Duel. Mates are small characters in the board’s corner who react to events in your game. A single companion will cost you 300 Gems. Duel Fields is the name of your board. Each one will cost you 600 Gems. Protectors are also referred to as the back of your card. Each component is worth a total of 100 gems. Icons appear next to your name in duels and on your profile. Each one will set you back 50 Gems. Other special bundles include The Duel Pass, which costs 600 Gems. This enables the game’s battle pass feature in its premium version. The current one is only available for 74 days, but the benefits can be collected for another 30 days. One per account is allowed.

Bundle Deals – For 750 Gems, you can get 10 Master Packs and an Ultra Rare card (10 packs normally cost 1000 Gems and don’t get the extra card). One per account is allowed.

Yu Gi Oh Master Duel Guide

Now, let us give you a brief overview in this Yu Gi Oh Master Duel beginner guide. So, when you start the game, it will ask you a few questions before launching you into three tutorial games. After completing the tutorial, you’ll be given a choice of three starter decks. One focuses on dragons and fusion summoning, another on the Synchron archetype and synchro summoning, and the last on the Cyberse archetype and link summoning. I recommend picking the one you like best, because it doesn’t matter because we’re not going to rank these decks, and you’ll get the remaining two later as mission rewards. Now that you’re at the main screen, go collect your free login rewards.

Next, go to the shop and buy the Duel Pass under the Special tab (gold). It will cost 600 gems, but the cool thing is that you can buy the Duel Pass with free gems from the login rewards, and the pass will reward you with 600 gems as you complete it (so basically free). The pass will provide you with a plethora of crafting materials required to create cards.

DO NOT BUY ANY OF THE REGULAR PACKAGES WHILE IN THE SHOP (Stalwart Force, Revival of Legends, and especially the Master pack). Stalwart Force contains 2-3 cards for each archetype, but there is a better way to get archetype cards. Revival of Legends contains cards that will help to improve the three starter decks, but there is a better way to obtain the cards if you really want to play those decks. And the Master Pack is a no-go. It contains all the cards in the game, and the chances of getting the specific card you want from the Master pack are less than 1%, so avoid it. If you really need a specific card, just make it.

I recommend completing as much of the Solo Mode as possible from here. The Warriors of the Six Elemental Lords, The Absolute Monarch, and Complete Duel Strategy Completing these three tasks will reward you with new cards, a Monarch structure deck, crafting materials, and more gems. Remember how I mentioned there was a better way to get archetype cards? It’s called secret packs. Secret packs are packs that contain specific archetype cards. Secret packs are unlocked by obtaining an SR or UR card from that archetype.

For example, if I wanted to unlock the Cyber Dragon archetype’s secret pack, I would craft an SR or UR card from that archetype, and then the secret pack would be unlocked. Secret packs are where you want to spend the majority of your gems. Furthermore, I recommend concentrating on one deck at a time. It is preferable to have one completed deck rather than several partial decks.

After playing Master Duel for a while, I would strongly advise you to play as much of the Solo Mode as possible. The more Solo mode scenarios you complete, the more free cards and structure decks you will receive. Along the way, this will also unlock some secret packs. The bundle deal that includes 10 packs as well as copies of Solemn Judgment, Lightning Storm, and Ash Blossom is a good buy. You’re getting 10 packs at a discounted price of 750 gems and Solemn Judgment, Lightning Storm, and Ash Blossom are very good generic staple cards that can be used in almost any future decks.

That’s pretty much all you need to know in this Yu Gi Oh Master Duel beginner guide to get the most out of the game. As new updates and content is launched, we will continue to update this Yu Gi Oh Master Duel beginner guide and hubs, so make sure to bookmark this page.
